Systems office at 1-800-282-4018. Give the
receptionist your name, location and a general description of the problem
or need. If a service qualified person is in the office, he will speak
with you to determine if the problem can be simply handled by phone, or
if a service technician must be dispatched to your site. If a service technician
is needed, the closest available service unit will be dispatched. Our commitment
is to respond to all service calls within 4 hours.

phone is answered 24 hours a day 7 days a week. After normal business hours,
it is answered by a professional answering service that is trained to dispatch
service assistance. Give the receptionist your name, location and a general
