Customer Location 

1. Install pre-opening/construction sign on job site. (date) 

2. Do press release with local media to announce new wash. (date) 

3. Meet with customer to discuss: 
a. Menu pricing and wash names. 
b. Sign layout and sizing. 
c. Preventive Maintenance Agreement. Get signed. 
d. Chemical Supply Agreement. Get signed. 
 
4. Order signs, banners, etc.

5. Print menu flyers. 

6. Perform start-up training at opening._______________________ (date) 

7. Install signs and banners. 

8. Install decals and stickers. 

9. Plan Grand Opening and Marketing Strategy with customer. 

10. Remove and return construction sign to warehouse. 

11. Perform follow-up training on-site.________________________ (date)
